Our non-starving artist
One day this week Jack took a long, late nap. I knew going to bed was going to be a struggle, so I tried to find tiring activities that didn't involve going out in the searing heat of the afternoon. Since he can't play with traditional playdough (it contains wheat), I opted for something slightly more messy, but just as fun. Painting!
Here is our little artist at work:

Here I think he was asking me to leave him in peace so he could create:

He shortly figured out there was more than one way to get paint on the paper, and started using the back of the brush:

And demanding more paper:

That Gloria is always breaking something! What is she, a stuntwoman?
I had no idea that Play-doh was made with wheat. I guess that explains why it's so tasty.
