PJS seemed perplexed by Jack’s new trick, so I shot a quick video. You can view it here. It seems like every day he’s doing something new and getting bigger and bigger. We’ve lowered the crib mattress all the way to the bottom. It looks a little bit like a jail, but Jack doesn’t seem to mind at all:



He’s gotten to the point where he can just about pull himself up to standing and I didn’t want him to pitch over the side of the crib. Here’s an example of him posing for the camera:



and trying to convince Lucca to come play with him:



She wasn’t having any of it.

This picture doesn’t look like much, but if you pay attention to his legs you will see how close he is to just pushing himself right up. I can’t believe it.



And to top it off, the outfit he’s wearing is a 12 month size. I am alarmed.
